Staying 3 days you can request a short program.

Week of wine

welcome tasting with the wine of the Locanda, visit to the fields of a small local producer, visit to an important wine producer with degustation, wine combined dishies demonstration and tasting, final dinner-degustation with Italian folk music.

Week of bread

Welcome tasting with the home made “schiacciata” (flat bread) of the Locanda, visit to the fields of a local producer of ancient kinds of corn and/or visit to the watermill, impasto preparation by natural lievitation, bread, pizza and cakes baking in the old wood oven, final dinner-degustation with Italian folk music.

Week of olive oil

Welcome tasting with the home made “fettunta” (slices of bread with olive oil of our hills) visit to the fields of a local producer, visit to the oil-mill with degustation, oil combined dishies demonstration and tasting, final dinner-degustation with Italian folk music.
